French Tourism Tax

Tourism taxes apply to all guests holidaying in France, they are set by the Local Authority and vary depending on the type of accommodation that you are renting.

The Tourism Tax at Yelloh Village Port de Plaisance applies to specific peak weeks and only to those guests over 16 year of age. It is set at 35 cents (approx 29p) per person, per night i.e. the total for a family of 2 adults and 2 children under 16yrs would be just 4.90€ for a week.

This is an obligatory payment which must be paid by the holiday-maker; we collect the money at the beginning of your holiday and you will be informed about your payment total before you arrive.

Thank you for your understanding.
